HSU SPF Project Closeout Policy

Humboldt State University Sponsored Programs Foundation (HSUSPF) receives award funding from various sources including, but not limited to federal, state, local, non-governmental, and private funders. This policy establishes procedures to properly close out awards to fulfill all obligations of the project in the required time frame as required by the funder.

HSU SPF Debarment Policy

 2 CFR Part 180 provides Federal guidance from the Office of Budget Management (OMB) for government-wide debarment and suspension. The purpose of the debarment and suspension system is to maintain integrity of Federally funded grants and programs by ensuring that procurement and non-procurement transactions are conducted only with responsible parties.

The President’s Office should be informed as soon as possible when a current employee or student dies. If the deceased is an active employee, the President’s Office shall contact the appropriate divisional Vice President. Following this initial notification, the following contacts should be made:
