Budget Oversight Policy

Purpose of the Policy

Effective October 12, 2017, the Integrated CSU Administrative Manual (ICSUAM Section 2002.00) formalized and established a systemwide policy on budget oversight and specified that each campus must establish policies and procedures to monitor campus budget performance. As required by the system policy, this policy provides an overview of the financial reviews that will occur, frequency, action to be taken to address financial concerns, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Applies to: Employees who drive commercial motor vehicles subject to 49 CFR Part 382. Employees assigned to positions requiring either a Commercial Drivers License or an Endorsement to a Class C license.

Applies to: all members of the university community and external groups wishing to serve food on campus.

Purpose of the Policy

To ensure the safe handling of food in temporary food facilities in order to protect people from injury or illness. The observance of this policy by your organization is essential in achieving this goal.

University Operating Fund Reserve Policy

Purpose of the Policy

Effective October 1, 2015, the Integrated CSU Administrative Manual (ICSUAM Section 2001.00) formalized and established a systemwide policy on the creation and use of reserve balances. To further define the CSU Reserve Policy, Humboldt State has established the University Operating Fund Reserve Policy to guide University Operating Fund reserve planning efforts.
